VICSERV's Training Needs Analysis Report 2010 clearly outlines existing capabilities and training needs within the Victorian Psychiatric Disability Rehabilitation and Support sector.

61% of support workers expressed need for training in working with clients with complex alcohol and drug issues and dual diagnosis training was considered as highest priority by 24% of workers.
