Are you looking for the right mental health service for your client in the Eastern Metropolitan Region? The Greater Eastern Primary Health and the Manager of the Eastern Health Primary Mental Health Team in consultation with the Eastern Health Adult Mental Health GP Working Group have developed the Eastern Region Metropolitan Mental Health Navigation Tool. The tool was initially developed for the GPs, but it is an excellent and easy-to-use tool for all the health workers that are looking for services in the Eastern Metropolitan Region for their clients with mental health issues.
The Mental Health Navigation Tool leads you through all the programs and providers available in the Eastern Metropolitan Region. You can easily find community health, private and tertiary services, as well as youth, adult or aged services and there are also referral forms, tools and resources available for download.

The Mental Health Navigation Tool is available at http://www.gephmhtool.com.
