The season of free US webinars has started with the initiative from NAATP, NAADAC and Vendome Group. The series of 60-minute webinars will be delivered from May to November 2010 on addiction topics, many related to co-occurring disorders.
First in series of titles will be "Assessing Organizational Capacity", followed by many others such as "Screening and Assessing Clients", "Applying Cognitive Behavioral Therapy" and "Pulling it All Together: Evidence-based Research to Practice".
The events are intended for American addiction professionals and are therefore broadcasted at times suited to US, which is not very comfortable for Australians. However, this is an opportunity to hear from American experts in AOD field without the expenses or travel that would normally accompany such experience.
