Two Medications More Effective in Treatment of Alcohol Dependence and Depression

Recently published research on treatment of alcohol dependence and depression found that patients taking the combination of two medications - opioid antagonist naltrexone and antidepressant sertraline - had better outcomes than those taking just one or no medication.
