An alternative to a Memorandum of Understanding is a Letter of Commitment - Intention to Collaborate. The Cross Sectoral Support and Strategic Partnerships Project (CSSSPP) at VAADA has used this type of document.
We have attached a version of it so that you can alter it, tailor it to your organisational context and use it to meet your needs.
You will note that we have not attached any logos to this document.
Please remember that the use of an organisation's identity or logo is an individual negotiation that occurs between organisations.
