Content of A Policy

Part of the work undertaken by the Improved Service Initiatives in Victoria has been the development of guide documents to assist organisations in developing and altering their policies and procedures to reflect their practice change.
The document "Content of a Policy" is a result of workshops undertaken by some of the Improved Service Initiatives and describes and defines the areas of a Policy .
It can be used to assist you and your organisation in the development of its suite of policies and procedures to guide staff practice.
