Gabrielle Pelicci, PhD, Academic Director at Sober College, California, wrote for Counselor Magazine (3/6/2009) about her experience with young people who suffer from co-occurring addiction and depression. Dr Pelicci provides an outline of the ever growing substance abuse and depression amongst college students, the importance of prevention programs and effective treatment programs.
