Dr Mark D. Green, medical director of WestBridge Community Services of the Cambridge Hospital and a lecturer on psychiatry at Harvard Medical School in Boston, in Massachusetts US, wrote an extremely interesting and useful article that "emphasizes core philosophies and components of effective dual disorder programs".
Dr Green leads us through all the components of care for an effective treatment: Core values, Evidence-based practices, Pharmacology, Education, symptom management and skills training, Residential care and assertive community treatment teams, Vocational rehabilitation, Family therapies, Contingency management, Wellness perspectives, Systems issues and anatomy of the team.
