ABC Radio National broadcasted this morning a repeat of the program Drug dependence, originally broadcasted on 28 August 2008. The program features Dr Mark Montebello, Professor James Bell, Professor Maree Teesson and Dr Rebecca McKetin explaining the nature of addiction and effect of drugs on brain, including psychotic symptoms. Lynne Malcolm, the author of the program, also interviewed a few people who experienced psychosis induced by drug use.
