Council to Homeless Persons
The Council for Homeless Persons Kit on consumer participation is a comprehensive kit with examples of policies, procedures and heaps more.
The kit was developed by HomeGround Services and Rural Housing Network Ltd for housing and homelessness assistance services. It provides information on ways to engage with service users and to develop strategies, based on their advice in order to improve services.
The kit comprises four sections:
1. Introduction, definitions, frameworks, context
2. Planning, implementing and evaluating consumer participation
3. Consumer participation strategies
4. Resources
