Learning outcomes

Participants will be able to:

  • Review the underpinning theory of vicarious trauma
  • Explore and extend models of support and supervision for professionals in order to learn from and transform the impact of vicarious trauma
  • Identify agency based resource plans to recognize and respond to worker’s experiences within the context of trauma based work.
